Our rooms and parlors are furnished with lots of wood and made by a carpenter.

Double Poppy Room + Rose Room
1. Floor – south facing with balcony, for 2 persons (25 m²)
Bright cozy themed room, with double bed (180 x 200 m) and light wood furniture. Bathroom with shower / WC. Radio and balcony overlooking the garden and the Gr. Pyhrgas and Bosruck.

Margarita Room
1. Floor – east side, for 2 persons, single with child or as a single room (20 m²)
Bright simple themed room with shower / WC, radio and balcony. View of the Great Pyhrgas and the golf course. Two single beds stand one behind the other.

Family Room
2. Floor without balcony, for 2 to 4 people
Cozy theme room in bright colors and decorated with lots of wood. The parents‘ room is separated from the nursery by a connecting door. Double bed with health mattress, cots next to each other. Shower / WC, radio, satellite TV and view of the Sengsengebirge or in the courtyard. Cot and infant equipment available.

Wood Residential Studio
2. South-facing floor, without balcony, for 2 to 4 persons (32m²)
Large wooden double bed (200×200 cm) and sofa bed for children. Oak wood floor (relax parquet), glass shower, separate toilet and flat screen TV.

Apartment
1. Floor sunny west facing with views to the yard and the Sengsengebirge, for 2 to 6 people (100 m²)
Spacious high living space with solid wood floor, tiled stove, couch, flat screen TV and stereo. 15m² bathroom with outside view, glass shower, bath, double sink, washing machine, dryer, wall heater, hair dryer and separate toilet. Large master bedroom with walk-in closet space. Own children’s bedroom. Solid wood kitchen with kitchenette, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
